Factory Manager
About the Job
This is a corporate clean-cut company man. He’s a manager who’s spent several years working up to the position he’s currently in, overseeing a large factory operation. He’s being interviewed about his work in a Christopher Guest (Waiting For Guffman, Best In Show) mockumentary style. He’s a man who’s very diligent and rigid to a point of quirkiness. He’s overly proud of his accomplishments, his work and his company and struggles to hold back his passion for his job. We’re looking for someone who has great comedic timing and can improvise a bit.

An overly anxious and overly doting mom. She’s at the equivalent of a recital for her daughter. She’s emotional and proud, cheering her on from behind observational glass.
